Arch Taekwondo instructors are certified by the World Taekwondo Headquarters (Kukkiwon) or other internationally recognized governing bodies. The Kukkiwon is an affiliate of World Taekwondo, the Seoul, Korea-based international governing body of Olympic taekwondo competition.
